Horrible experience, terrible...
Skin Vitality Clinic at Port Credit in Mississauga, the best mistake ever, I wished never have being there. First I was catched by advertisements on Facebook where they were offering great deal for Botox treatments. I clicked in the link to make an appointment, a min later I received a call to book my hour. That was the fastest sales responder ever seen. Ok, got to the place few days after and they treated me well, they promised me results will make me 10 years younger. Yes, they show me pictures and offered me a miracle results. Anyway, I was accepting to do the Botox at my forehead and Juvenal to minimize the lines between my nose to my mouth ( Chinese mustache). Very quickly the doctor took a look at me and said how many injections I needed. Then the sales person quickly made a calculation and said the amount. I didn't see the amount in the paper and I am pretty sure she said less than $500.00 with taxes. After the injections, I paid more than $1,500.00. I was so in shock...
I was so in shock and never, never will accepted to do if I knew will be this amount. I got sick and so nervous at front desk, I was very, very angry and uncomfortable. I am not crazy for skin treatments and I was never prepared to spend this amount. I will definitely will say no, thanks. Anyway, the sales person and the doctor agreed they made clear saying the price. Obviously they just stepped back to hear my complaining and anything couldn't be change it because the treatment was done. It was my word against them and I paid for honesty. I wished I could give back every single liquid it was injected on my face. Anyway, after that, the results was minimum, nothing what they promised, I still have the lines between my nose and mouth very deep and nobody close to me, included my husband could see any difference at the day, a week later or now. Nothing visible, nothing close to be at list a one year younger. What they promised it just a big lie to get your money. I believe they are not using the products well. I don't know what to say but it's just not right.
I sent an email to let them know about my frustration and cancelling the follow up appointment, they replied saying somebody will be touch. Nobody never got in touch to discuss about the misunderstanding about the price or my frustration about the results until I sent another 2 emails asking for the pictures they took from me. They replied refusing to send me the pics, saying the pics belongs to the clinic and not allowed to send out to the client. I never signed a waiver for a picture. Can you imagine they think I don't have rights to have my own pictures. I don't know what I can do for now but I will not stop and I will check my rights. Please be careful with this place, it's a scan for sure.

I had a similar experience with one of the nurses there. Ended up paying twice as much for Botox. And the way that nurse talked to me trying to sell more Botox units was not acceptable customer service either.
