Unprofessional customer service
I usually don’t write negative reviews. But the rude customer service we received from this place made me write this review. This facility is run by unprofessional owner who don’t care about customers at all.
Bad customer service – Charged for things you haven’t asked for (please always review your bill). We asked for 1 lane, but she charged for two lanes. When I questioned her for charging two lanes she gave us bad teenagers’ attitude that you will never receive anywhere. Later I found out that she gave us that rude attitude without any fear because she is the owner of that place.
But If I am an owner of a place I would be nice to my customers. We don’t mind about paying for two lanes if we have to, but the attitude she gave us when we questioned her for charging two lanes is what made us quit and go home without playing. Most of all, when we were getting ready to go out with about 6 children, she yelled and said to “GET-OUT” after I said, I am going to put a review online about her aggressive customer service. Don’t waste your time and money going to this rude, ill-mannered, and offensive place. We all go for bowling to have fun - don’t ruin your day by going to this place.
Above all, this place is in the underground room, old and dark. No fresh air and very crowed. No smile on any of the people who works there (if the owner is unprofessional what can you expect from her staffs?). I saw only about 4 staffs in that place (including the bar and food area) where there are about 100 customers.
