The salon is simply decorated. Beautiful walls and art. Overall the staff is friendly. Service was good. I got my color done with josh. It was good. But then I got the worst cut with Courtney. I kept telling her it looked uneven and she kept saying it was the way my hair grew. Isn't that ur job to make my hair even when its uneven? she's very condesending and rude. Then pushed product on me to "fix my hair problem" WTF!!! I will never go to this salon again and I don't recommend anyone to see that awful girl who calls herself a stylist!!!

I am so sorry to hear that your experience was not a good one. We try our best to train our staff to be the best. I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you ( I am the owner Mario Verrilli) and see if there is a way to rectify this. I am willing to take a look at your hair myself to see what needs to be done.

I was in tears when the longer part of my bangs was actually shorter, and longer in the middle of my forehead! I had to bobbypin my bangs for quite sometime until they grew out a bit. I called the receptionist, but she was the least bit helpful.
I am so happy to have found Ladylyn in this beautiful salon. It's only 30 mins from me and I live in Brampton. She recommended a suitable cut for me (no one else has done that even though I ask them to) and executed what she said she would do to precision. I feel beautiful and she always takes care of me and is so patient. They have spa services in the salon that she has tried and suggested. So it's a one stop shop for me and I know she trusts the Esthetisians so I have no reason not to:) I trust her.
