WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE + MANAGER OF...
I walked into this store advising David that I was involved in a large renovation within my home that required a complete set of new Kitchen appliances. It started off on a good note in person and then I left the store after being invited to their VIP Sale.
The following day, I sent an email to confirm the VIP invite and was responded to by their Manager, Carlos (did this guy linger around a computer all day long I wondered)? He showed some interest initially (I wondered if this Guy was just greedy, intercepting Salesman's Sales), but after some misinformation surrounding Electrolux, I was soon sluffed off by this useless Manager after many back and forth emails.
Carlos intervened for whatever reason and couldn't give me a price or straight forward answer or provide me with a date and time to come in and seal a deal on the Frigidaire Pro Series, even after I stated that I was available the following week. I tried to be my own Salesman and the guy didn't give me any options. I even advised him that there was a hungry Salesman from CAS working hard to earn my business. Do you think he cared? This guy couldn't seal a deal if his life depended on it! That's just how useless this Individual is. He should be fired, crated and shipped off to a far away place. There's a reason there are platforms like Google Reviews, Carlos! To roast guys like you. What exactly do you do for a living?
Finally, I was fed up and advised Carlos, through email, that I would like to deal with the Salesman I had spoken to initially and that we were done. He advised me that he would have him call me today at 9am. It is now 135pm and no call. I question if this greedy Manager even contacted him to let him know, but probably not as I received only 1 call from David (the day before) who seemed to be more bothered about the fact that he had been accused of trying to sell me Electrolux Appliances that hadn't been sold at Bad Boy for 3 years. No mention of anything else! This store is a complete joke.
Well, I'm now off to seal the deal with "Canadian Appliance Source" as they have just outsourced Bad Boy! Way to go, Carlos! A job well done! Let's hope one of your Bosses sees this and you are demoted because never in my life have I ever dealt with anyone more useless in all my life! The emails don't lie and yes, they are available upon request!
DON'T DEAL WITH THESE CLOWNS. MY ADVICE? GO TO "CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE." They work hard to earn your money and they WILL beat any and ALL prices.
