Yesterday I made an appointment for today at 6:30pm. I rushed in at 6:31pm ready to apologize for my tardiness, only to be told that I would have to wait an hour!!! I understand that things can come up, but at least have the courtesy to call and let me know. I rushed out of work and fought rush hour traffic in order to be prompt!! I do not recommend this salon - very unprofessional.
