I went to fix my iphone problem today. I was waiting there for more than one hour and they did nothing for me. They says they have no time today, you may go to Apple website or call Apple customer service to fix your problem. I was surprising, they make me waiting for more than one our and I came back home without any customer service from a apple store!!!!
