I eat here whenever I'm in the area. They are very reasonably priced and have excellent food. i love that the owner is usually within site. The smaller mom and pop places tend to care more about their food. Quality over quantity is true here. They have such a wonderful atmosphere and do take out. And it helps that they are located in scenic Steveston, an old fishing village. Very quaint and worth visiting. Only complaint was that it was a bit chilly in there the last time I was there. Not sure if that will be fixed soon but you might want to bring a sweater.

Good, good food. It's authentic and while they have take out it's worth it to eat in just for the atmosphere. You get good value for your money. Definitely worth taking in (or out).

We stopped by this clinic when we first moved here because we needed to get some topical flea treatment for our dogs. The woman at the front desk (not sure if she was reception, an assistant or possibly a vet) was very pushy. She kept insisting we buy more and more products. When we didn't immediately jump on her recommendations she seemed disgusted with us like we are bad pet owners. Not only did she continue pushing products after we said we weren't interested she didn't know anything about any other products except the ones she was pushing. They only carry advantage for fleas and not frontline or advantix which work better for a flea infestation. She wanted us to buy advantage and the pill from them and insisted we needed a six month supply. According to her it would have been cheaper then going somewhere else and just getting frontline or advantix. I won't go back there. I prefer to work with people who want to work with me!

This is one of my favourite pet stores. I love that they carry such great pet foods like the Innova lines and other lines from the same company. They know a lot about pet food and do a lot to help improve the health of dogs and cats through nutrition. Their customer service is always friendly. A friend even mentioned them in conversation the other day and is thrilled a branch has opened up in her area.

I've been really happy shopping at this store. They don't sell pets so there's no chance of buying a backyard bred or puppymill animal. Most of the food they carry is high quality and their staff is educated and friendly. They won't carry everything that you need but they have a good, varied supply and will point you in the right direction for almost anything pet related.
