I came upon Sentinel back in February when I was moving and trying to combine two households into a small condo. After doing a little online research, I saw the same thing over and over: Sentinel consistently came up with great reviews. There was so much information online and although I could have reserved online, I chose to go in and speak with one of the associates at SE as I was very new to this process. The woman that helped me was not only professional, but very courteous and kind... she definitely put me at ease. Once I had rented my unit, I was having a little difficulty opening it... I'm not very handy with these things. A gentleman working nearby saw my struggle and came right over to show me the trick - I didn't even have to ask. I enjoy having great hours of access and the security features are very reassuring as I have a lot of items on site of great sentimental value. The locker itself is clean and dry and I never have had any issues with my items getting wet or mildewy. Although I look forward to having a house again soon and not having to drive to my storage items, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SE Sentinel or use it again should the need arise.
