Cosmetics : Very bad customer service
Worst customer service ever for the cosmetics area. I was treated like a criminal for trying a nail lacquer. I am astonished by one worker who forbade me to leave before paying the product, I didnt know, was not a tester. She even said that they would check the cctv to confirm my so called, wrong doing.
I am more speechless by the other one who told me what i did " was dirty and not hygienic".Those people are really rude and deserve nothing but a bad review. I Will never step a foot in there again.
I may have a light skin tone but I am black person still and proud of it. I guess this is because of my skin that they talked to me in such a way and therefore thought I should just keep my mouth shut, pay their "precious " and say no more.

DO NOT GO IN THEIR COSMETICS AREA THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT AND TREAT THEIR CLIENTS LIKE THIEVES. WILL THEY SPY YOU AROUND THE NAIL LACQUER? THE MASCARA ? THE LIPSTICK ? THE EYE-LINER? OR WORST, WILL THEY MAKE YOU BUY THE PERFUME IF YOU TRY IT NOW?!
I WARNED YOU!
Ps: I spend more than 2000$/ year in cosmetics i know what i am talking about, THEIR service is lacking, poor, not worthy of the material value you are willing to acquire.
I suggest you Sephora in Ste -Catherine st just two blocks away, they are top notch!
