My windows developed mold in the framework because of improper drain holes. They came out and filed the drain holes, but I still have mold. They just ignore my phone calls and e-mails. they don't back up their product.

Our windows developed mold because of a manufactures defect. They sent someone who filed the drain holes and told us to clean the mold ourselves, we complained and they came back and cleaned the mold as best they could, we still have mold coming out of the seems and have asked for compensation, what they offered was an insult, they ignore us now so we have started legal proceedings.
