Nearly picked up a thesaurus to find as many words as possible for horrible as possible. I moved from Toronto to Edmonton. I looked into movers and didn't see anything alarming about them. Arranged the move and was convinced by their sales staff that paying for packing was the way to go, if I wanted my possessions properly insured. Their packing was atrocious. Literally throwing things in boxes. When I tried intercede was told that it was handled and to let them work or else they would just leave. Naturally when I received my things on the other side of the move, many things were broken. I immediately phoned the company and was told I was to send pictures and receipts. I did and then was told they would give $100 on $2000 worth of possessions. I asked about the paid for packing and was informed I could then take $150 or not, but if I did I wouldn't be allowed to write a review.
You can see my choice. Do not use these lying, careless terrible movers.
