horrible customer service

My fiance and I were well prepared to purchase a beautiful F150 from this place, until we walked in and were not even greeted by a man named Mike. When we finally got Mikes attention and asked about test driving the truck he replied "you mean that big expensive truck, I need to pretty much have a deal in place before letting anyone test drive such an expensive vehicle". I was completely taken a back and offended as he did not eve get up to speak with us nor even bother to tell us anything about the vehicle. We thanked him for his time or lack there of and left. He didn't not even say a word. Unfortunately for him he lost out on a 28,000.00 cash Sale.
