I went early Christmas shopping at Epochs, as I have been recommended many times. However I had encountered the worst service. The sales associate- Alex was very rude and had attitude. She kept rolling her eyes every time I asked about (total of 3 necklaces) jewellery. I was also very price conscious as I have many gifts to give. Not only was she rude, she implied how everything I chose was cheap and not worth alot. I do not recommend anyone doing any shopping at all. I have never been as insulted before. I would not be surprised if the store has lost previous sales do to this type of service.
