$2500 Stolen
I went into this dealership to try to get a quick quote for a Nissan Rogue. I am very gulable and was convinced that what they were saying was the truth. Even when I asked for the best price and had Cash to pay they told me that "Cash is not King" and that I would get a better deal if I financed. I took that advise and before I knew it they had me sign a form to check if I had available financing. They asked for a $2500 down payment to prove that I was serious and I gave it to them. They also told me that there are penalties to purchase an extended warranty and that it would be wise to purchase one at the moment. So I did that too under extreme duress...my advisor that i brought with me to finalize a deal actually stormed out because he couldn't take the deception...and under extreme duress I signed a form that I was told was just to check my available financing. I went in numerous times to get the best possible price and the price kept coming down...I decided to go to another dealership and within 10 minutes I was given a price that was $1500 less than there best. I called Oliver the manager and he told me that it would be no problem to get my deposit back. When I went to get my deposit back he basically said that I purchased a vehicle and was not entitled to getting my deposit back. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GENTLE ENGLISH ACCENT as you will surely lose some money. They still refuse to give our deposit back and I do not want this experience to happen to anyone else. This dealership trains there staff to lie...if you want to support the frauds of the planet...no problem bring your business to Woodbine Nissan.
