I called Alpha Garage Doors and Service because the door opener was making a grinding noise but the door was not moving. The technician came on time. He assessed the issue and found out that the main drive gear was toasted. It was replaced with a new one and now, it’s working fine. I am grateful for their dependable garage door service.
