It started with the serpentine belt breaking. Had the car towed to Kentwood. It was close to the end of the day, but Kelly Poulin stayed late to check us in. The next day Kelly called and indicated that the AC Compressor would need to be replaced and there was an engine leak. Unfortunately there were no AC Compressors in stock anywhere in North America. Kelly made arrangements for a loaner car and while we were waiting for a part he also checked to see if the repair’s were covered under warranty. Parts and labour were covered, we had a new 2016 Escape for a loaner while the repairs were done. Every step was a five star experience. From Kelly, the Technician, the loaner car department. We were keep up with the status almost every day. It took three weeks to get the part and a couple days to get everything fixed (we also had a tune up and oil change). Lots of work, a lot of coordination, lots of updates. This was the perfect no hassle, no worry, experience. Thank you Kelly Poulin and all involved at Kentwood.
