Scammers

I purchased rotors and pads from Cross Drilled Rotors .They came ,rotors did not match the description of the rotors I purchased.I called and got the run around , full voice mail ,closed message in the mid morning, afternoon.Emailed, no response, after about a week of wasting my time I finally got through to Mike .He told me it was their mistake and to send the rotors back for refund. He sent shipping labels . Shipped them back.No refund posted to my Visa, Called ,emailed same result no response.Again finally got to Mike on the phone .I told him the Fedex tracking indicated the rotors were delivered back to them .He said oh yes I see it will pass this on to the accounting department and you will have your credit to Visa in 24 hours.Well that was 3 weeks ago and no credit ,Called Visa no attempt has been made to issue a credit .Called, emailed CDR no response.Cross Drilled Rotors (Or the salesman ) is ripping off hard working people.Do not buy unless you are willing to take the chance.The brake pads they sent I did use, on my machined rotors and they Squeal and chatter. Junk
