March 1st Review
As promised, below is my review of the experience with Fuzion Banquets in the planning of Rad Dockery's 40th Birthday on March 1st, 2014:
The staff at Fuzion were friendly and accommodating. If I had any questions concerning the event, Cameille Clarke was easily accessible. She was also very knowledgeable and offered various suggestions for the event.
The day of the event, everything went off without a hitch. Extra special thanks for the entire staff that night for going above and beyond the call of duty:

The food was great! The amenities were also fantastic!
The only criticisms I have are for the following:
1) Food tasting: most halls I have dealt with in the past for bigger events allow you to taste your options before making a final decision
2) Contract: The terms were not flexible nor do they account for the reality of guests having to cancel. For weddings, I understand such strict contract terms for but birthday parties, this made little sense.
Overall, we had a favourable venture with your hall.
