Ray Ban replacement

Just wanted to take a moment to thank the customer service department at Luxotica who once I got in touch with them, handle my issue promptly and professionally. They gave me more than the kind of service you'd expect from a brand like Ray Ban.
Special thanks to Takia Grant who explained to me exactly how to proceed and after receiving my damaged Ray Ban sunglasses, simply sent me back a new pair within an record breaking time.

PS. Damage was caused by a thermal stress when I got into my car and put the air conditioning full blast on a very hot day. This is a phenomenon that could happen to any sunglasses brand or model.
