GoldStar representative Mike came out the day after I initially called them. After I placed the order it took 2 weeks for the windows to be made. On the day of the install they came in time. When they arrived they had a lot more guys than I expected, who were all courteous, professional, and quick. They took the time to explain things to me and ask questions before just ripping things apart. All in all, I am very happy and am planning on calling them again next year to get the rest of my windows done. I strongly advice this wonderful company.
