Just like most of you who built your new homes with Stepper Homes, I have the same problems. Lots of cracking on the basement pad much like a jigsaw puzzle, on the garage and driveway pads, a lot of squeaks on the floor (main and second), quartz countertop where the seam/joint is uneven and was not done properly and they insist that it is acceptable and according to industry standards, sidings coming off, and more! Maybe we can all get together and file a bigger case.
