When I booked a flight, I was given a return ticket from Dallas to Calgary directly which was supposed to be landing in Calgary by 8:16 PM. However the flight got cancelled and now I am given with new tickets which is from Dallas-Phoenix-Calgary and I am gonna be landing Calgary by midnight. I don't live in Calgary, so it would be very hard for me to get any ride to come back. When I called to ask, the guy from Nanak Flight totally got off from responsibility and told me to call Qatar airways and when I called Qatar they said your agent still has tickets under their name so talk to them. I am really disappointed by service you guys are giving, I will make sure none of my friends or family book from you guys in future.
