After agreeing upon a price for undercoating, the owner of the business convinced my wife, who was the one who dropped it off, that the undercoat would not stick unless he did a $35 wash of the vehicle...she reluctantly agreed as she felt she had no choice. When I questioned him about it, he hid behind the fact that she agreed and would not take the charge off the bill - total scam artist and took advantage of my wife. I highly recommend you avoid this crooked business.

What a shady business: Bought an XBOX360 controller, they gave me a corded one instead of a wireless - went back same day to let them know as soon as I discovered it and they told me too bad, all sales are final because I opened the box. All they were willing to do was give us a $10 credit for what they claimed was now a 'used' product which one hour before cost over $50. My kids saved up for this for a long time and they rip off my kids - what kind of lesson are they teaching them? I will never go back unless they make this right.
