We had another nice experience: Our glass storm door was not shutting properly, and we tried to fix it. One of GoldStar workers during the installation process proposed to analyze the problem. We explained this was not their product, and he said: "That's OK. I see what the problem is." And he quickly got it working. We feel like this is a company that really cares about its customers and provides an excellent product and conscientious service.
