I think that this Vancouver Bootcamp created a better atmosphere than anything that I’ve ever tried before, and I have tried a lot of different things. The trainers are really good, and they’re never insulting or mean. Also, there are no men there. It’s just a women’s boot camp, and for me that was something that really improved the encouraging feel.
