I was recommended to try silver maple farms by a friend when I got to the shop I was a little worried by the size of the place. As it would turn out the old saying is tru good things come in small packages. I entered the shop and was treated by a very friendly young woman who took my order and while she was packaging my meats i had the pleasure of meeting the owner who took a few moments to explain some different cuts I wasn't sure about. When I left I felt informed and confident my friend had suggested a great place to do business. When I got home I prepared the food for a party we were having and everyone asked where we got the meat. I was only too happy to tell them it's all from Silver Maple Farms.
