NEVER shopping here again!

What a horrible experience! My sister in law finally was able to purchase the fridge and stove of her dreams. She has been through a lot health wise in the last couple of years, and finally saw things moving forward. ANYWAY! She was laying down when they brought this brand new fridge into her home. Her neighbor was over to accept the delivery. When she got up about half an hour later, she walked into her kitchen and immediately called her salesperson who put her onto customer "care". What a joke! She signed the paper, so she is SOL Look at the dent on this fridge?!?! HALF A FREAKIN hour after delivery. They all but accused HER of taking something and damaging her fridge. WHY would she do that?? We will be pursuing this further.
