Have been getting my VW car serviced there since we bought it from them. It has been a bad experience from the beginning. They promised cup holders which they didn't get for 7 months after purchase then it was the wrong ones. The main this has been service we have always wondered if they were doing what they should have been doing. In September we had a winter package along side the oil and filter change. This would check the battery etc. In October I brought to another garage where they found a filter that was so dirty that look like it had not been changed in a year and the battery was almost dead.
So customer beware they don not do what they are selling you and your car is not getting serviced. Is is not only illegal but horrible to treat people like this.
They know it's hard to prove unless you catch them So check your car immediately and if it's not done then there is the proof.
