Absolutely A-1. Because of my activities, it's difficult for me to always wear glasses. I've tried to find suitable contacts 3 times over the past 7 years, with various Optometrists, and without any measure of success. Initially saw Dr. Song a couple of months ago. He's proven SOOOO helpful and understanding. He's answered all the questions I peppered him with, and he genuinely seemed to appreciate my wont to try and find SOME way to enjoy contacts. And today, here I am, typing this review, without glasses! Needless to say, I'm over the moon delighted. Dr. Song has spent a lot of time with me and my frustrating eyeballs over the past few weeks. He's been unbelievably patient while I tried various products. I recognize the trials have been time-consuming for him; I've had several lengthy appointments. But, I've never felt rushed out of the office and have always left feeling I been afforded the amount of time I felt I needed. Dr. Song explained what was going on at every visit. I have never been made to feel I was being too difficult, too picky, or too dogged in my pursuit to find an alternative to glasses. Seriously, if you're looking for a new doc, trot your peepers over to Dr. Song's!
