The scare tactics used by the employees of this company to bully you into purchasing an unnecessary part marked up by 400% is just disgusting. I was taken advantage of because I didn't know any better and I had a screaming toddler in the backseat and just wanted the service to be over. Just what qualifies these people to do anything to my car other than changing my oil is beyond me and after talking to a mechanic I now know that they are not qualified to do any diagnostics. We will never take our business to Mr. Lube again.
