I bought a car from these people in October. They were very nice and accomodating when I was looking to buy. THREE days after I bought the car, it broke down. The alternator was old and it was overcharging the battery causing a cell to burn out. My own fault for not checking properly into the car. A mistake I will never make again. However, when I brought the car back to be fixed and told the salesman the problem, he was absolutely rude to the point of beligerence. I told him that he lied to me when he said the car was in good order and he got right up in my face and started yelling at me and daring me to call him a liar again. By the way, I am a petite female, less than half his size.
The car continues to give me endless troubles and I have had it less than a year. Upon further investigation, it seems that the car had never had a tune-up. Odd since Triole Auto claims that all their cars are purchased off lease.
