I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone. Be careful when ordering flowers from local merchants in the Ottawa area as this company delivers for many. The flowers smell like smoke, they arrive damaged, the packaging is soaked with water(due to obvious driving skills), the delivery people are rude, impatient and not customer friendly.
Years ago I ordered flowers for my parents for their anniversary and my mother had rave reviews about the delivery woman from this same company. I am pretty sure her name was Karen. Mom said that this woman had identified herself and the business she was representing and even wished my mom a happy anniversary along with some humor and exceptional customer service. This delivery service may want to look into getting her back on the road and turn their image back around.

As a displeased customer I directed my concerns to the staff and I was told that if you didn't like it, to go elsewhere. When my arrangement was delivered it was damaged and the roses were black not red due to the incapabilities of the delivery service called Protocol(perhaps they should research the definition of this word). The person I spoke with at Willy's was a "Marty" and she became annoyed at the fact that I was insulting the capabilities of the delivery driver. It turns out that she reassured me it was her boyfriend's company and how hard it was to hire good driver's at a busy time of year. I reiterated how it was not my problem and I deserved better than what I received and that is when she told me, ever so kindly to take my business elsewhere.
I would never recommend this flower shop based upon the reception I was given and the incompetence of the delivery service.
