They have changed the phone no. it is now 780-479-2744
They delivered some of my furniture 3 weeks late in August and it is now middle of October and I still am trying to get in touch with Claims department to get the situation resolved for my missing lost and damaged items..
My family with 2 young children had to sleep on the floor for 3 weeks! Just Crazy!
They (telephone receptionists) deflect calls so customer service agents will not speak to you on the phone. I have asked many times to be contacted by phone only to receive emails. They will not provide a phone no for the claims dept.
My boxes and Items were thrown in the Truck and boxes were delivered on their sides and upside down breaking a lot of my items in the boxes and all they said was I packed the boxes they were not responsible.
They delivered items to my home which did not belong to me and when speaking with the drivers they did not seem to care and would say well they just picked up the items.
I cannot stress enough ...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
