I booked 2 cleaning services with this company : 1- For cleaning my wall to wall carpets and area rugs : what a great job ! The technician was very professional and polite, he showed me all the green products he was using, he was putting all his energy to remove stains. 2- For cleaning my sofas : I don't have to buy new uphlostery now ! he added the scotch gard for a small extra, and gave me a free deodorizer. They are very courteous on the phone especially the owner Derrick and his manager Marc. Great customer service, they even called me back to ask me how I was satisfied with the cleaning, merci Scentral !! Je suis impressioné !
