AMAZING SERVICE! GREAT EXPERIENCE!...
First, my review is a little overdue but a long time coming. My first appointment in a bridal store was to Amanda Lina’s where I was 3 dresses in and told I was too fat to try on a princess dress, and the trumpet made me look hefty. Nice. I know I’m not a super model, but that is not the way you treat a customer especially for the kind of money spent on wedding dresses. I guess they didn’t need my business so I left. The next appointment was at Mona Ritchie’s where I waited over an hour while they were accepting walk-ins off the street! They only finally approached me when I walked out upset, my 75 year old dad was getting tired of waiting without somewhere to sit so I had had enough. My mother looked to her left on the walk out and said “why don’t we try Sposaitalia?” I wasn’t up for it after the last 2 experiences but said it was worth a try. Thank goodness I did! I was greeted right away by Nicolina and was taken upstairs to try on dresses. My parents were...

Nicolina listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions and I found my dress after only 5 dresses, waterworks and all! Words cannot express how breathtaking my dress is. Gorgeous details, beautiful lace, soft shimmer. But I wanted something to cover up my arms for the ceremony. Domenica the seamstress worked her magic and made me a custom ¾ length fitted bolero with the same lace that my dress was made out of. It took a few fittings but so worth it. Amazing! The attention to detail left me speechless. I loved it so much I didn’t take it off! My long church veil with crystals on the edges was the finishing touch. Everyone was so nice to me. Even the change rooms felt like you were special. It is truly a classy and professional environment. As we were leaving to put down the deposit, we found my mother’s dress for the wedding reception, the suit for the wedding ceremony as well as a dress for the bridal shower. Things have a way of working themselves out. Lia treated us like family. Thank you to all the staff at Sposaitalia for making my experience a truly memorable one. I highly recommend Sposaitalia!
AMAZING ACCESSORIES!
This place is amazing. There is something for everyone, whether you want a lot of bling or something more understated. I purchased my jewellery for my engagement party, bridal shower and wedding here as well as all the above for my mother, mother in-law, and bridal party for all three events, including broaches and hair pieces, not to mention a custom hair piece for my mother. Annie and Lori are patient and took the time to take me through all my options, not to mention I always had a good time shopping at the store. Thank you for an awesome experience as usual! I have been a long time customer and so has my best friend and family, and we wouldn't keep coming back if the service wasn't phenomenal!
Thank you Angela and Mary for the amazing service. They outfitted myself, maid of honour, mother and mother-in-law for my engagement party, bridal shower and wedding (with the exception of my wedding dress of course). I even purchased a dress to change into for the evening here. We all got tonnes of compliments. The dresses were beautiful. Thank you for taking the time with us no matter how many times we came in to "look around"! Your seamstress does great work! Thank you again for everything! Highly recommend this place!
