I'm gald Budget is around because...
I was moving from Edam (about 2 hours out of the city) into Saskatoon, and I had a trailer lined up from U-haul. The morning of the move they had no trailer for me. They called another location and had me go there. When I got to the next location, guess what, no trailer. They did this to me at 2 more locations. Finally I came to my senses and went to Budget. They hooked me up with a truck quick. They were courteous and helpful. Go to Budget, don't use U-haul.

Budget bailed me out when U-haul...

Plus a MANDITORY $25 insurance fee.I read it was optional,now im told its manditory?? So how the heck did this price DOUBLE in a month? This is very unfair and I told her to forget it.I called around and found U-HAUL to be much cheaper and customer friendly.They post their prices on line up front unlike Discount that seems to make up what ever price they feel like.U-HAUL doesn't change their prices from day to day like Discount.I will NEVER use the services of Discount again and continue giving my business to U-HAUL.
This review is not directed at any particular location but rather the way they operate at the call centre.I used this service last month when I rented a cargo van.I was charged $39.95 plus some $25 insurance charge that I later found out was optional when reviewing the website.Plus I purchased extra km's for $10 as it only came with 100km.I wasn't informed by the call centre about this $10 option on buying more km's which I found unfair.I was lucky to get a good counter person that brought that to my attention.Now for my big beef.I just called to reserve another cargo van for Tuesday (I always choose weekdays as im assuming they are cheaper times)and I was given a price of $79.95!!!! Great Dining Experience.
The Cave is very atmospheric and relaxing. The food is tasty and the service is great. My wife and I go there quite regularily. The King Crab and Filet Mignon dinner is delicious. One star off because some seating areas are definately far superior to others.

I have shoped here for years and they are great! I buy between 2 and 8 games a month depending on releases and they never dissapoint. They staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. High recommendations!

I arranged to have them remove an old couch from my apartment. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. And they did a fantastic job. High recommendations!
Don't throw your money away!
I bought a Cindy Crawford couch there. When it showed up, it creaked like crazy and the back cushions lost their shape in 2 days. Called for warrenty. It took 2 separate phone calls to customer service just to get a call back from the repair department. They came out to see. Said they would repair and would call back in a couple of days. Waited 4 days before I called him back. They said in a couple of weeks I could get in. After 4 weeks I called them and finally got in. When I got it back it was only half fixed. Still creakes, but the cushions are fixed. But the stiching they did to sew it back together looks very sloppy. The couch also was sprinkled with wood splinters, and there was light damage on the back from what looks like a cigarette burn. Horrible service, horrible products. Please don't waste your money or time here.
