I have left 5 messages with head office (after being directed there by the Mississauga store manager) in ten business days trying to get a response about why I could not get a refund for an item which went on sale for $200 cheaper the day after I bought it.
All my calls have been ignored. The store was rude and uncooperative when I called back and refused to connect me with the store manager again. When I contacted another branch to get advice as to how I can get some customer service I was told there was nothing to be done.
Anyone who values customer service should not to shop at any of these branches.
