A VERY BAD LAWYER AND A VERY BAD MAN
I used Gordon as my lawyer in my divorce from my wife in summer of 2013.
Gordon is all fake.
Pretends to be a nice lawyer; once he know that you are his client you find out who the real Gordon is.
He really does not care at all; gives all the work to his admin Barb. Does not communicate with me until the JCC hearing and then he comes unprepared. He never read the hundreds of document s regarding my case.
I found out that he does not tell the truth. He never discussed with me any strategies , only promised me that it will all be “OK”. As it was my first case dealing with divorce I had no idea what to expect.
Gordon will tell you anything to keep you as a client... but there is nothing behind it.
The outcome of the JCC hearing was a nightmare for me... As he was so unprepared it ended up that if I continued with this case it would have cost me 30 to 50K...
Which Gordon said that this is a fair and good result...
I also found out that he never discussed with my wife lawyer options to resolve it without going to court.
At the end it cost me over 4K and I got nothing.
His invoice to me was made up. He charged me for 9.5 hours at $400/hour but actually he worked on my case 3 hours or so.
So my advice to you all... do NOT go to his office... he will charm you, do nothing but for sure will charge you for the FULL amount and tell you that this is the best that could been done...
DO NOT WORK WITH HIM IT CAN DESTROY YOUR LIFE... which is what happened in my case
