Not the best
I had placed an order a day in advance for a bouquet to be delivered to a business as a birthday gift.
It was a guaranteed delivery before 4:30 pm. When I hadn't heard word from the recipient I had to ruin the surprise and ask - the flowers were not received.
I emailed the company at 5 pm and got a prompt response, which I appreciated. My options were next day delivery and a 100% refund, or delivery that night to the residence with a 50% discount.
I was told the driver was new and had made a mistake, and while I understand people make mistakes it was still disappointing to have a surprised ruined.
The flowers arrived at the residence around 7 pm - missing most of their birthday.
The quality of the flowers also left much to be desired. I have worked at greenhouses can honestly say this arrangement wasn't worth anywhere near $100. I could have picked up grocery store flowers for $20 that are just as nice.
It was dull in comparison, the quality of the flowers was very low - even the vase was dull. It looked nothing like it did on the website.
While I appreciate the solid customer service I'm disappointed with the dull arrangement, ruined surprise and lack of delivery.
I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else.
