From the sales people to the delivery men. Excellent service. Our delivery men, Pat and Brent, went above and beyond. Set up of the power Love Seat was quick and clean. Too bad one of the sales people didn't mention that set up and packaging removal is not included in chairs we purchased from the Bargain Annex. Yes, I finally found it written way down at the bottom on the receipt that was quickly handed to us in the store. But all in all it was a great experience. Lots of selection and prices are fair.
