I inform the client of this and other facts, in writing, right from the very first meeting we have. I find it very suspect and cowardly that someone can put forward any negative slur they want, to hurt someone’s business, without stating their name or being a member of this web site.
If they had a legitimate complaint then why not come to me with it so I could resolve it.
