Since I first joined almost a month ago I have been excited to get up in the morning and go everyday. Not only are the instructors very knowledgable, but they also motivate you to keep going, and they make the environment very comfortable. Everyone is super friendly, and makes you feel like family! Not to mention the amazing results I've seen in my body since I've started. I would recommend this studio to anyone & everyone!!!
