I had very bad experience with Canaroma store. Here is caddish personal, over priсe goods. Unfair terms to customers. Will never recommend the store to anybody. In Canaroma works no refund and returns policy. If you going to buy some stuff in Canaroma take your tools and check quality and measurement in store. Do not pay before you get your purchase. I have to give them a star, but in my experience they do not deserve any.

Without knowing the true nature of the issue it is difficult to address.

We have one of the largest showrooms and widest selection of great quality products at several price points.
Our delivery and returns policy are clearly stated on our invoices and it is definitely a good idea to read the policy so there are no surprises.

Thank you for apologies. That's right you have rules on invoice which I get after payment and nobody advice me about rules before, but me and my husband ask sales representative twice about policy. And addition, by low I have a rights to return products which is not in good condition. I am a very sensitive person, and then my rights corrupted so rough, I get mentality problem. Know I have hard headache every day, because of Canaroma and have no idea when it will be stop, I have to take medicine. And you apologies to me seems like that's my fault to use your store. Fine, I accept that and tell everybody do not repeat my mistake.
