I live close by one day I walked in the salon in tears my hair was falling out by over bleaching, I didn't know what to do, I spoke to Katie she took the time to talk to me and suggested that I wait until my hair out grows the damage from bleaching, I seen her several time in the process after six months or so my hair was getting healthier she put in highlights and gradually my hair started to look better, now I get compliments ever ware I go!!
