I had Vance come to my home to deal with an ongoing mice problem. He came within the time i was told he would come. He checked around the house and didn't find any entry points and i suspect that was because the mice probably got in when i had the sliding door open while barbecuing (i barbecue during the winter). Vance went around the home and treated different locations. Mice weren't on my mind for a few days and when i did remember them i realized that not a trace of mice was around. Excellent.
