Air was not cooling house. We used this company last year to repair our old furnace and was very happy with them. I called on Tuesday afternoon and they scheduled an appt for after 7pm (when I would be home). Tom, the technician was at our house waiting for us. He checked our air filter and then tested our a/c unit. Our refrigerant was low. Tom explained the service procedure and pricing. He filled our unit and tested all of our registers to make sure that it was properly cooling the house. He also gave us a lesson about air filters which we found extremely helpful. I appreciate the fact that they were very responsive and the technician was more punctual than us. We are in a heat wave and with small children at our home during the day, we were happy that we didn't have to wait to get it fixed., Although there are other companies in this area just as reputable, I will continue to call Hutchinson Heating and Air for all of our needs.
