Brought my vehicle in to be repaired... First off told me it would be completed by end of day, as I had to take day off of work...we followed up and was told again by 5pm drove there from Edmonton tone told.. Nope wrong part from Ford... And when they noticed the tech that worked for them didn't go and grab it... Got told son was fired that day and that one technician also quit in them... I am assuming based on attitude of owner. Didn't offer any compensation... Had to rent a car from budget as they were closed for the weekend and was promised car on Monday... Charged me more for the service then quoted... For me to go home and find out after 2 full days of rain that they never bothered to even FIX my car!! Needles to say I have been trying to get them to fix it, as well as compensate a car rental.. Owner is so unprofessional that he continues to hang up I. The client who he stuffed... Owner has now chosen for me to take legal action in which I will be! And taking my car to Ford for repair at their cost! And then some!
