Just wanted to add a review from for Fitness Source regarding my Landice L8 treadmill. Unfortunately I have a VERY negative experience to write about. My Landice L8 treadmill is not even a year old and has been out of commission for almost a month. Fitness Source's customer service is poor. The problem with the treadmill was diagnosed over the phone and a part was ordered a week later.(Why a week later? ) We finally had a technician in our home last almost three weeks after the first phone call with a part and voila, it's not the correct part. The treadmill is still broken. They have since ordered another part (a week after the technician was here) and were STILL waiting. This treadmill was $4500 and has been un useable for almost a month 10 months after purchace. Customer service is poor as well the jury is out on Landice. Caution
