We used Spectrum Catering for my Dads 50th and it was AMAZING! Not only was the food to die for but they went above and beyond for us - from creating our very own Bar List with drinks to match our theme to setting up a complete dance floor with patio style lighting in our empty backyard.
It was fun for all and I would recommend giving them a try no matter WHAT your hosting!
As for a tip - you HAVE to try the Dragon Shrimp and the Cheesy Beef Hoagies! melts in your mouth
