Worst Shop Ever!
Take your car elsewhere. People at Horton don't care about you or your car. The rude manager doesn't even take the time to be even a tad bit polite to someone who has spent money there. Very bad attitude and service.
I had the hood of my vehicle painted at Horton and later noticed certain spots were missed along the edge. I didn't think it was an issue and assumed they had checked their work before delivery. Also I had been assured the repair was under ""life-time guaranty""!
Then the paint started bubbling up around the edge of the repaired area. I discussed the problem with the manager and after examining my car, he said he would call me back (which never happened).
I went back a month later kindly asking them to correct the issue, the manager raised his voice, called me a liar, refused to do any repair before slamming the hood of my car full force. He then obstructed my way by jumping in front of my car with a camera as I...

Obviously he would not have behaved in this way had he truly believed the damage was not Horton's fault. Total lack of professionalism. Shockingly rude.
I showed the problem to other bodyshops and was assured the work was faulty as rock chips alone can't be blamed and that poor prep and inferior material would be the only reason for such paint bubbling.
I don't think anyone would wonder why they have the lowest possible rating on Better Business Bureau.
For the first time ever in my 40+ years living in 3 different continents I realized why some people are afraid of going to the dentist!
I had no idea a visit to the dentist could be this agonizing and uncomfortable. I almost chocked in that chair a few times and did not think I would make it alive.
Also they put chalky white fillings which stand out and bother me! But once I inquired the dentist informed me "IT IS BETTER QUALITY!" Oh??! I wish I had been asked which QUALITY filling I preferred(*sarcasm intended*)!
The whole place looks like a dirty dump and I was even more surprised to see they charged me triple compared to other places for the lowest quality dental work possible with the worst costumer service ever. Did I mention the tooth only started bothering me AFTER the inexperienced dentist worked on it! I was charged twice the amount allowed by insurance for complete hygiene work but didn't get more than a simple floss!!!! AND they were rude once I brought it up!
They're ridiculous! No wonder I was the only one there every time I went in. Apparently other people knew to stay away, I just wish someone had warned me.
